When you subscribe to the Karl's Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program, you are agreeing to the following terms:
I would like to subscribe to the Karl's Farm Community Supported Agriculture Program. I understand that this is a community supported venture and although the growers are committed to providing high quality naturally grown produce, there are risks in agriculture that will be shared by the whole community and that any and all payments made by me to Karl's Farm are non-refundable. I understand that this membership payment entitles me to a share of the weekly CSA harvests during the 2012 growing season(s) selected below only and that I am responsible for returning the empty share baskets to Karl's Farm in a timely manner.
Please print out this application form and return it to us with your check or money order made payable to "Karl Wiegand's Farm."
While we prefer to receive payments by check, shares may also be purchased online using your debit or credit card or an electronic transfer from you savings or checking account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. Online payment will be accepted as your electronic acceptance of the above terms.
